We want you to be completely satisfied with your ZOEVA beauty products. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return any unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include the generated return slip.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
